HOMESTAY FAMILIES...

                                                home is where the         is!

How to apply

STEP ONE:

Email us with your Name, Contact Number and suburb and we'll get back to with an Application Email. 

 

STEP TWO:

Once your completed Application Email is returned to us, one of our Homestay Officers will contact you to schedule a brief home visit.

STEP THREE:

Complete and receive confirmation of your Working with Children Check application

 

Once the WWCC has been cleared and then verified by GSI, you're ready to host!

What do Homestays provide?

- Include the student in your family life, as a family member.

   There's no need to change your daily routine, the students             are here to experience life with a family in Australia. 
 

- Provide 3 meals per day, 7 days per week.

    This includes a suitable packed lunch for school.

 

- Transport the student to and from the Host School daily. 

    The students can travel to and from school with your                        child(ren), as long as they are never left alone.

    Carpooling is available

 

- Provide a clean and comfortable bedroom. 

     Some groups request 2 students per Homestay in which case        they are happy to share a room. Temporary, comfortable                bedding is fine.
